Wearhouse MFG is a trade name of Out Here Inspiring Others, LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Ohio ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a quote request or otherwise using our website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
When you submit a quote request through our website, we may collect the following information:
- Contact information: First and last name, email address, phone number, city and state
- Business information: Business or brand name (if provided)
- Order details: Package type, quantity, product type, requested due date, garment color, and budget range
- Artwork files: Any PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, or PSD files you upload, along with any Canva or Kittl links you provide
- Project notes: Any additional context or instructions you include in your submission
We do not collect payment card information through our website. Payment is handled separately when an order is confirmed.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Review your quote request and prepare a price and production timeline
- Communicate with you about your order, including sending proofs for approval through our proofing partner, Ashore
- Send you a confirmation of your submission and follow-up correspondence
- Maintain business records as required by law
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Retention
We retain your information according to the following schedule, which reflects applicable IRS baseline requirements and industry standard practice for small service businesses:
- Uploaded artwork files (server storage): Deleted from our web server within 90 days of upload. You should maintain your own copies of all submitted artwork files.
- Customer contact information: Retained for the duration of our business relationship and for 3 years after your last transaction with us, then securely deleted.
- Order records and intellectual property acknowledgments: Retained for 7 years from the date of the transaction for legal and business purposes, including evidence that we requested proof of intellectual property ownership. Records are then securely deleted.
If you request deletion of your personal information before these periods expire, we will honor that request to the extent permitted by applicable law. Requests may be submitted to orders@WearhouseMFG.com.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services in the course of delivering our services:
- IONOS SE — Our web hosting provider. Your submitted data, including uploaded artwork files, is stored on IONOS servers while in our active possession.
- Ashore — Our proofing platform. Once a proof is prepared, you will receive a review link from Ashore to approve or request changes to your design. Ashore's own privacy policy governs data handled through their platform.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or analytics services that collect personally identifiable information. A single session-level preference (light or dark display mode) may be saved in your browser's local storage. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted to us.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our website, please contact us at orders@WearhouseMFG.com and we will promptly delete it.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to our legal retention obligations
